  3. Pay the Doc Fee & Sign – After reserving, you’ll pay a one-time document fee. We’ll prepare your loan agreement for easy e-signature.

  4. Set Up Your Loan Online – Your financing gets set up in our secure online system where you’ll enter your payment details. From there, you can pay monthly by credit card or ACH.

  5. Make Monthly Payments – We offer 0% interest financing, no banks, and no credit checks. Just simple, affordable monthly payments until your land is paid off.

  6. Get the Deed – Once your balance is paid in full, we’ll record the deed with the county and the land is officially yours.

Can I build on the land while it’s being financed?

Typically, no — building permanent structures is not allowed until the land is paid off in full. However, some improvements may be approved prior to payoff with written authorization, such as installing wells, septic systems, driveways, or fencing.
